Hey everyone,

We’re really sorry to anyone who ordered merch and hasn’t received it. The printing service we used couldn’t keep up with orders and kept giving us excuses, which let you down and left us frustrated too.

Because of this, we’re refunding all outstanding orders as we don’t trust them to deliver. Refunds will process in 3 to 5 working days. We’ve already found a new printing service we trust, but we need to sort a few things out before relaunching. Until then, the store will stay closed so we can make sure future orders arrive on time.

Cameos will still go ahead, and once everything’s ready, you’ll be able to grab the shirts again if you’d like to. We’ll also keep the designs we had planned to discontinue so that everyone has a fair chance to reorder with the new supplier, because there certainly ain’t no divvys around here moosh.

This was our first time setting something like this up, and we trusted the wrong people to deliver. Lesson learned. Thank you so much to everyone still supporting us through this, it honestly means the world, and we’re excited to bring you better merch soon.
